The circles below represent activities during a typical time period (let’s say a month) of your life. Blue circles represent free time activities (times when you’re not at work) and the red circles represent work activities.
As we relive these activities and drill down, we find that certain parts of those activities gave you energy while others were draining. Those activities that were energizing could have occurred anywhere (at, home, by yourself, with others, etc). We’ve displayed that energizing part in the below by using a green slice. The bigger the green slice, the more energizing the activity.
If you look at the top center circle, you’ll see a free time activity that was almost entirely energizing (almost entirely green).
In our process, you relive one of those energizing (green) days. In a very precise step by step process, we dissect that day. Slowly but surely your Given Talent emerges. We uncover exactly how you were thinking and acting that was energizing to you that day. It sounds simple to dissect what you were thinking and acting on that day, but it is actually quite difficult. You'll find when you were energized, you were on autopilot, thinking and acting at lightning speed. We slow down that process, and use our one of a kind technique to uncover your Given Talent.
Once your Given Talent begins to show itself and we refine it, you'll have a huge "AHA"! Everybody does. In that "AHA" moment, you recognize you do your Given Talent all of the time. You see the connections between your career and happiness, between your likes and dislikes. You'll understand why certain things make you so happy and others bore you. That's when we know we've found your Given Talent.
